Please take a few minutes to read the terms and conditions of Fearless Living Pty Ltd. Your use of the fearlessliving.com.au online shop constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. All prices include GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice. Fearless Living does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used in an unauthorised manner or fraudauently. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fearless Living from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the site. Shipping Information Fearless Living delivery is via Fastway couriers, or, in some instances Australia Post. All deliveries will be made to street addresses only (NO PO BOXES) and will require a signature on receipt. We recommend providing a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 10AM (Sydney time) will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be delivered next day. All orders placed after 10AM (Sydney time) will be processed the next business day, and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday, and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow up to 14 days delivery for rural areas, WA, NT, SA, TAS, parts of VIC and areas beyond Gympie in QLD. There are no deliveries on SATURDAY or SUNDAY or Public holidays. Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email from Fearless Living. Product Availability All products are listed on our online shop in good faith that they will be available for immediate delivery. However, due to rapid turn around of some of our products, or failure by a supplier to deliver, may mean that a product is temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail that your item will be Priority Ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed unless we receive notice of cancellation from you. Return and Exchange Policy There are no refunds or exchanges on products and passes purchased from the Fearless Living online shop. In the case of faulty goods you will be required to contact us within 7 days and an exchange will be given for an identical item. The product must be returned to us unopened in original packaging. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. Privacy Fearless Living is committed to the privacy of customer information. We will never pass on your personal details or your sales history, we believe that this information should be kept private. Subscriber email addresses are not used for any other purpose than to receive the service they subscribed to and will never be supplied to a third party.
